Nexus City TV — Refund & Wallet Policy

By topping up your wallet, placing ads, starting a subscription, or using any paid feature on the Platform (web, Android, iOS), you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use paid features.
1) Scope
This policy covers all paid products and services on Nexus City TV, including:
• Wallet top-ups (adding funds/credits to your in-platform wallet),
• Ad campaigns (CPV/CPC or any format),
• Subscriptions (creator or viewer),
• Any other paid features, credits, or packages.
2) No refunds (wallet top-ups, ads, subscriptions)
• Wallet top-ups are non-refundable. Once you add money/credits to your Nexus City TV wallet, we do not refund those funds to you (cash or card reversal).
• Ad campaigns: no refunds once purchased/launched (including remaining budget, targeting/creative changes, or performance dissatisfaction).
• Subscriptions: no refunds for the current billing period if you cancel mid-cycle. Your access continues until the end of the paid term, then stops.
3) Limited exceptions (where the law or app stores require)
• App stores: If you paid via Apple App Store or Google Play, their billing rules may apply. Where they require refunds, request them through the store; decisions are the store’s.
Apart from these mandatory situations, our no-refund rule stands.
4) Make-goods for ad delivery (credits, not cash)
If we materially under-deliver an ad campaign due to a platform issue, our sole remedy—at our discretion—will be:
• Extending the campaign to cover the shortfall, or
• Issuing an account credit (added to your wallet) for future use.
No cash refunds. No make-goods for advertiser errors, policy violations, force majeure, or unrealized business outcomes (sales, signups, etc.).
5) Billing errors & chargebacks
• Think there’s a billing error? Email support@nexuscity.tv within 7 days. Valid errors are corrected with wallet credits (not cash).
• Chargebacks filed without contacting us may lead to campaign pauses, account suspension, and set-off against any balances due to you.
6) Subscriptions: cancellations & renewals
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before renewal.
• No refunds for partial periods, promotions, or unused time.
• App-store subscriptions must be managed/cancelled in Apple or Google settings.
7) Fraud, policy violations & invalid traffic (IVT)
We may pause, cancel, or remove campaigns/subscriptions showing fraud/IVT (bots, click farms, forced plays, deceptive placements) or policy violations.
• In such cases, no refunds. We may withhold, reverse, or adjust credits/earnings and set off amounts you owe.
8) Protection clause (our rights)
To protect users, advertisers, creators, and Nexus City TV, we may at our sole discretion and without notice:
• Remove/reject ads or creatives,
• Pause/terminate campaigns or subscriptions,
• Remove/disable monetization at any time, for any reason,
• Limit, age-gate, geo-block, or throttle features,
• Hold balances during investigations,
• Reverse/adjust earnings or wallet credits tied to invalid activity, errors, or chargebacks,
• Set off any amounts you owe us against amounts we owe you.
No compensation or refund is due for actions taken under this clause.
9) Pricing & feature changes
We may change prices, fees, or features prospectively. Continued use means you accept the changes. No refunds for prior periods.
10) Force majeure
No refunds or compensation for delays/failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., internet/CDN outages, attacks, disasters, strikes, app-store actions, supplier failures).
11) Disputes & venue
This policy is governed by South African law. Disputes will be brought in the Johannesburg High Court. Before going to court, both sides will try to resolve issues in good faith within 30 days after written notice.
