1) Who can use Nexus City TV
• You must be 13+ to use the Platform, and 18+ to monetize or buy ads.
• Provide accurate details and keep your password safe. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• We may require KYC/AML checks (identity, business, tax) for payouts or ad spend. If you fail or refuse checks, we may pause or close your account.
2) Create, manage, and delete your account
• Create: Sign up with accurate information and verify your email/phone if asked.
• Manage: You can update your profile, change settings, and control notifications in your account dashboard.
• Delete: You can request deletion in the account area or by emailing support@nexuscity.tv. We’ll process the request subject to legal, security, and billing obligations. Some data may be kept for backups, fraud prevention, financial records, and legal compliance.
3) Your content & what’s not allowed
You’re responsible for anything you upload or post (“Content”). Don’t upload:
• illegal content, child exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, explicit porn, sexualization of minors;
• hate, harassment, doxxing, threats, or incitement to violence;
• instructions to commit crimes, weapons trading, hard drugs, scams, malware, hacking;
• extreme or graphic violence without clear context and warnings;
• harmful medical/financial misinformation;
• copyright-infringing material (music, video, images, logos, streams, clips you don’t own or have rights to);
• spam, deceptive practices, clickbait that materially misleads users or advertisers;
• any attempt to manipulate metrics (fake views/clicks/installs, bots, farms, forced plays, hidden iframes, etc.).
We may remove, age-restrict, limit reach, demonetize, or ban Content or accounts at our discretion to protect users, brands, and Nexus City TV.
4) Your license to us (to run the service)
You keep ownership of your Content. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, host, transcode, stream, display, distribute, promote, and sub-license to service providers (e.g., CDNs, app stores) solely to operate and promote the Platform.
• This license ends when you delete the Content, except for backups, legal holds, dispute evidence, and copies already shared or embedded by others.
5) Copyright complaints (notice & takedown)
• Report infringement to support@nexuscity.tv with: your contact info, what work is infringed, the exact URLs, a good-faith statement, and your signature/name.
• If your Content is removed and you believe it’s an error, you can send a counter-notice. Repeat infringers may be suspended or terminated.
6) Monetization for creators
• Opt-in & Approval. Monetization is optional and may require approval per channel/video. Approval may be changed or removed at any time.
• Our right to remove monetization. We reserve the right to remove, limit, or disable monetization at any time, for any reason, with or without notice (including for policy risks, brand safety, unusual traffic, or business reasons).
• How earnings work. If approved, you may earn a publisher amount per ad view (CPV) or ad click (CPC) as shown in your dashboard/rate card.
• Invalid activity = no pay. We don’t pay for fake/incentivized views or clicks, spammy placements, auto-plays to force ads, or any attempt to game metrics. We may hold, adjust, or reverse earnings, and suspend accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal & timing. Withdraw once you reach the minimum shown in your dashboard. Payouts are typically monthly (Net-30) after fraud/chargeback checks and KYC.
• Fees & taxes. Payment processor fees, currency conversion, and bank charges may apply. You’re responsible for your taxes.
• Non-monetized or unapproved videos: Nexus City TV keeps 100% of ad revenue on those videos.
7) Advertisers (buying ads)
• Placing ads means you accept these Terms, our rate card, creative specs, and ad policies.
• Ads are prepaid unless we agree otherwise. Post-pay (if approved) is Net-15. Late or unpaid accounts may be paused and charged lawful interest.
• Billing events (views/clicks/conversions) are based on our ad-server logs, fraud filters, and any mutually agreed verification.
• We may reject, remove, or limit ads that break laws/policies (misleading claims, restricted categories, poor landing pages, privacy issues).
• If we under-deliver, our responsibility is limited to extensions, credits, or refunds of the under-delivered portion—our choice.
8) Safety measures to protect Nexus City TV
To keep the Platform safe and stable, we may:
• remove content, demonetize, rate-limit, age-gate, geo-block, or limit features;
• hold balances during investigations;
• pause or terminate accounts that create legal, security, or brand-safety risk;
• take steps against invalid traffic and policy evasion.
9) Privacy & data
We use cookies, device IDs, analytics, and fraud-prevention tools to run and improve the Platform, personalize content/ads, and protect users. We process data under applicable laws (e.g., POPIA, and where relevant GDPR). Contact support@nexuscity.tv for privacy questions or requests.
10) Third-party services & app stores
We rely on third parties (payment gateways, CDNs, app stores, analytics, verification). Their terms may also apply. Google Play and Apple App Store rules apply when using our Android and iOS apps.
11) No harmful or illegal use
Don’t hack, probe, overload, or bypass security. Don’t scrape personal data without consent. Don’t upload malware. Don’t impersonate others or misrepresent a business.
12) Changes to the Platform and these Terms
We may change features, pricing, and these Terms. Material changes will be posted in the Platform or apps. If you continue using the Platform after changes, you accept the new Terms. If you disagree, stop using the Platform.
13) Warranties & disclaimers
• You promise you have the rights to your Content and that your use follows the law and these Terms.
• The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific results (views, earnings, conversions).
14) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nexus City TV, its directors, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages.

15) Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nexus City TV from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your Content, your ads, your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
16) Ending your use
You can close your account any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these Terms, create risk, or where required by law. Some sections survive termination (payments due, licenses to the extent necessary, disputes, liability, indemnity).
17) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. The courts of the Johannesburg High Court have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, both sides will try to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 days after a written notice.
